SUPPORT AROUND THE WORK

A fleet is more than the vehicles.

The vehicles matter. So do the people, the upkeep and a clear view of what is happening each day. Shape the support around the operation you want to run.

Vehicles for the job

Start with the service you want to run, then discuss the vehicles and availability that fit it.

Care that stays in view

Agree how routine maintenance, repair needs and vehicle downtime will be handled.

Working with captains

Discuss how captains join the operation, what onboarding is needed and who handles everyday coordination.

A clearer operating picture

Bring vehicle use, expenses and payment records into the regular conversations that guide your next decisions.

Vehicle availability, commercial terms and the division of responsibilities are agreed for each partnership.

A WORKING PARTNERSHIP

Connected from the first plan to the next decision.

Explore the parts of a fleet operation that need to work together.

THE PARTS THAT WORK TOGETHER
A fleet partnership: plan, prepare, operate and review. An illustrated fleet yard connects planning, vehicle preparation, cars on the road and operating records. The four explanations below describe how these parts work together. 01 02 03 04

Give the ambition a working plan.

Start with the city, the service and the team you have in mind. Work through vehicle access, costs and responsibilities before deciding how to begin.

Bring the vehicles and people together.

Confirm the vehicles, the arrangements with captains and the handover checks. Make sure each party knows the next step and point of contact.

Stay close to the everyday work.

Keep vehicle availability, coordination with captains and care needs connected, with clear records and a regular conversation about the operation.

Build the next decision on experience.

Look at what the fleet needs, what is working and what needs attention. Let that operating experience guide changes or a future expansion.

FROM CONVERSATION TO THE ROAD

Start with the operation you have in mind.

  1. Tell us where you are.

Share your city, operating experience, intended fleet size and the support you need. A clear starting point helps us have a useful first conversation.

  2. Work through the fit.

Discuss the vehicle arrangement, the service, commercial terms and who will handle each part of the work. Ask the practical questions before committing.

  3. Prepare the agreed next step.

If the partnership is a fit, plan the vehicle checks, working arrangements with captains and day-to-day responsibilities together. Review the operation as it develops.

BEFORE WE TALK

A few things you may be wondering.

Can we integrate vehicles I already operate?

Yes. Your fleet can include vehicles you own or access through other owners or providers. We can discuss integrating suitable vehicles into the agreed operation, subject to vehicle checks, existing agreements and the permissions needed. You remain our fleet operator counterpart.

Can I enquire if I’m starting a fleet for the first time?

Yes. Tell us about your experience, your city and the operation you want to build. The conversation will help establish what is needed and whether there is a suitable arrangement.

What will I be responsible for?

Fleet partnerships involve active operating work. Coordination with captains, vehicle care, records and the other day-to-day responsibilities need to be clearly divided and agreed before starting.

What are the vehicle costs and commercial terms?

These depend on the proposed vehicles and arrangement. Ask for a clear breakdown of costs, payment obligations, care responsibilities and the conditions for changing or ending the arrangement.

I’m looking for a vehicle to drive myself. Is this the right page?

This page is for people building or running a fleet operation. If you are exploring a vehicle arrangement for your own driving, start with Captains.
