Build a business worth growing.

Your fleet can support your livelihood, create opportunities for Captains and help your city move. Build the operation that gives those ambitions a stronger foundation.

More room to lead

Spend less of your day chasing the same unresolved issues. Give routine coordination, Captain support and vehicle care a clear owner and a working rhythm.

Confidence in your decisions

Understand what is ready, what needs attention and where the costs sit. Use clear operating records and regular reviews to decide the next step.

Growth you can sustain

Build a capable team and a dependable operation alongside the vehicles. Let experience, costs and support capacity guide when and how you expand.

The support behind a stronger fleet.

Vehicles need people, places and care to do their work. Connect the parts your business needs through a partnership shaped around your market and location.

Vehicles that fit the work

Match the vehicle category and deployment plan to your market. Explore leasing, purchase support or drive-to-own as separate ways to access the vehicles your operation needs.

A base for the operation

Bring parking, hubs and vehicle preparation into the plan. Connect battery swapping for electric two-wheelers, and suitable charging or energy support for other vehicles, to where the fleet works and when it needs to be ready.

A stronger Captain team

Connect recruitment, onboarding and ongoing Captain support. Make working arrangements clear, listen to concerns and address the practical issues that make it harder for people to stay.

People prepared for the work

Help Captains and supervisors get familiar with the vehicles, service expectations and support process. Shape induction and training around their experience, including electric vehicles where relevant.

A clearer operating picture

Use Sparrow’s technology and operating coordination to support the work. Agree the information you need to review vehicle readiness, Captain support, servicing, costs and unresolved issues.

Vehicle care with a clear owner

Connect planned servicing, repair coordination and breakdown follow-up. Know who handles each issue, how spending is approved and how the vehicle returns to work.

Available facilities, services, vehicle arrangements, costs and responsibilities are confirmed for your fleet and location.

More room to run your business.

Practical support gives you more time to lead, helps your vehicles stay productive and creates a stronger base for your team and your next stage of growth.

Free up your day

Clear responsibility for daily coordination gives you more room to lead the business.

Support and review

Spend more time moving the business forward.

When every question, repair and follow-up comes back to you, there is little room to lead. Put a clear operating routine around the work your team handles every day.

Practical support

  • Assign responsibility for Captain support, vehicle care and daily coordination.
  • Bring recurring issues into a regular review, with a named owner and next action.
  • Keep decisions that need your approval separate from routine work.

What to review together

  • What still needs you to intervene, and why.
  • How long issues remain open and whether they keep recurring.
  • The time your team spends coordinating the operation.

Keep the fleet ready

Readiness checks, planned servicing and repair follow-up keep vehicle issues moving towards resolution.

Support and review

Give every interruption a clear next step.

A vehicle waiting for attention affects the working day. Connect readiness checks, servicing and issue follow-up so you can see what is available and what needs to happen next.

Practical support

  • Plan routine servicing around the work and the vehicle’s requirements.
  • Coordinate repair reporting, approvals and return-to-work checks.
  • Agree escalation and any recovery or replacement arrangements.

What to review together

  • Available vehicle days and time lost to interruptions.
  • Recurring causes of downtime and unresolved repairs.
  • Repair costs, approval delays and readiness before deployment.

Build a stronger team

Clear onboarding, practical training and everyday support help Captains settle in and work confidently.

Support and review

Help Captains join, settle in and work confidently.

People stay more confidently when they understand the arrangement and know where to get help. Build Captain support into the operation, from the first conversation to the everyday working relationship.

Practical support

  • Connect recruitment with clear onboarding and practical training.
  • Make vehicle responsibilities, charges and support contacts understandable.
  • Plan food, accommodation or voluntary relocation support where needed.

What to review together

  • Captain availability and continuity across the operating week.
  • Feedback, recurring concerns and how they are resolved.
  • Where people need more training, support or a clearer arrangement.

Grow with confidence

Match the next vehicles or location to the people, infrastructure and costs behind them.

Support and review

Build the next stage on a stronger foundation.

Growth can mean more vehicles, another location or a business that runs more smoothly. Start with the progress you want, then match the expansion to the people, infrastructure and costs behind it.

Practical support

  • Review current constraints before adding vehicles or locations.
  • Plan Captain capacity, infrastructure, training and servicing together.
  • Agree a staged rollout with clear costs, responsibilities and review points.

What to review together

  • Actual operating income, costs and payment commitments.
  • Whether people and local support are ready for the next stage.
  • The opportunities created for the business and its Captain team.
Discuss support for your fleet

Keep the role you want. Add the support you need.

Choose how much of the operation you want to manage with your own team, then agree where Sparrow takes responsibility.

Vehicle access

You run the fleet. Sparrow supports agreed vehicle access and deployment, with care and responsibilities defined.

Selected operating support

You lead; Sparrow handles agreed Captain support, training, infrastructure coordination or vehicle care.

Managed fleet operations

Sparrow runs the agreed daily work. You retain defined oversight and approvals, supported by operating records and regular business reviews.

Choose the vehicle arrangement separately.

Discuss leasing, purchase support or drive-to-own where suitable. Agree commercial terms separately from daily operating responsibilities.

Leasing
Agreed period, payments, vehicle-care responsibilities and return terms, set out upfront.
Vehicle purchase support
Suitable vehicle, total price and purchase process. Any finance arrangement is assessed separately.
Drive-to-own
A path towards ownership, with payment plans, transfer conditions and exit terms clear before deciding.

Confirm the services, availability, eligibility, full costs, decision rights and review arrangements before starting.

Turn the ambition into a working arrangement.

  1. Start with your business.

Share where you operate, the market you serve and what you want to improve or build. Bring your experience, your priorities and the questions that matter to you.

  2. Make the arrangement clear.

Work through the support, full costs and each party’s responsibilities. Agree who makes decisions, how you will stay informed and how changes will be handled.

  3. Prepare, operate and review.

Bring the agreed vehicles, people and local support into place. Review the experience together, resolve what needs attention and use it to plan your next stage.

Discuss your fleet

Clarity before you commit.

Can we integrate vehicles I already operate?

Yes. Your fleet can include vehicles you own or access through other owners or providers. We can discuss integrating suitable vehicles into the agreed operation, subject to vehicle checks, existing agreements and the permissions needed. You remain our fleet operator counterpart.

Can I start with support for just one part of the operation?

Yes. Begin with the problem you want to solve, whether that is Captain support, servicing, infrastructure or daily fleet management. We will work through the scope and local availability with you. The partnership does not need to include every service.

How do I stay in control of my business?

Set out the decisions you retain, the work Sparrow takes on and the approvals needed for spending or changes. Agree access to operating information, review meetings and a point of contact. A managed arrangement should make responsibilities clear and give you a way to review the work.

What costs and terms should I understand upfront?

Confirm what the service includes, what is charged separately, payment dates and responsibility for repairs, downtime and changes. Leasing, purchase support and drive-to-own have different terms. Review any deposit, eligibility requirements, ownership-transfer conditions and the process for changing or ending the arrangement.

What happens if a vehicle is unavailable or a Captain leaves?

Agree who responds, how the issue is escalated and how you receive updates. Recruitment, recovery or replacement support depends on the scope and availability confirmed for your operation. These arrangements and any associated costs belong in the plan before work begins.

How will we know when the fleet is ready to grow?

Review actual work, vehicle readiness, Captain experience, operating costs and payment obligations together. Check that people, infrastructure and servicing can support the next stage. Growth should follow the operation’s readiness.

Can I enquire if I am starting for the first time?

Yes. Tell us about your experience, your city and the business you want to build. We can work through the operating needs, support and responsibilities to establish whether there is a suitable arrangement.
